How to read the terminal

The wallet and the exchange are separate. Demo funds sit in the wallet: 10,000 USDT and 10 coins. To trade, move part of them to the exchange with “Fund from the wallet”; you can withdraw the result back.

This is a training exchange. Money and coins are for demonstration. The market and price history are simulated to show how the system behaves.

Why the cap is 11.17 bn, not 125.8 bn. The terminal shows one national WattCoin — the EU demo. Its cap equals EU final energy consumption in 2024. 125.8 bn is the cap of the whole Federation, i.e. the energy of the world.

There is no order book. The price of every trade is calculated by the proprietary WattCoin formula, so any size is filled instantly. “Price steps” show what the rate becomes after a trade of that size.

Market size. The top row shows how many coins are in circulation, how many were issued and redeemed in the last 5 minutes and the net flow per hour and day. There is no leverage, margin or lending: every coin is backed by the reserve.

The open coin and evans. Accounting is in evans: 1 coin = 1,000 evans. An order fills the open coin at its rate; the remainder moves to the next coin at the next rate. So 1,001 evans is 1 coin and 1 evan, and the price depends on how full the open coin is.

Pending orders. You can set a rate at which the order triggers by itself. It is not an order in a book: it is filled by the formula once the rate reaches the level.

Why the chart is almost flat. The coin price is held by energy: even large trades move it by hundredths of a percent. The chart scale is stretched to make these moves visible.

Price steps. The rate stands still inside a coin and changes at its boundary. The first coin of a large order gets the best price, the last one the worst. The “Order steps” tab shows it for your amount.

Demonstration parameters. The WattCoin formula is proprietary. The terminal runs on demonstration parameters; working ones are provided to country operators under licence.

Reserve. After every event the system audits the reserve: 90 % energy bonds, 10 % USDT. The “Reserve” and “Audit” tabs show it live.
